Getting started

From zero to your first finding. Create an account, get your bearings in the interface, then run an analysis with the four-step wizard.

1. Creating your account & signing in

Sign-in and sign-up both happen through Analitika's embedded sign-in widget, right on the login page. The widget is powered by Clerk and is embedded in the app itself — you are not redirected to a separate hosted page.

New here? Create your account directly in that widget. After your first sign-in, the page briefly reloads to establish your session, and you land in the app ready to work.

Note: Analitika uses the embedded sign-in only. There is no legacy username-and-password login to manage.

2. A quick tour of the interface

The main thing to know up front is the Profile dropdown in the top-right corner. Open it to see:

The dropdown also holds three buttons:

3. Running your first analysis

A New Analysis (Novel mode) runs through a four-step wizard: Upload → Review → Analyze → Report.

Step 1 · Upload

Bring your file in

Drag and drop a file, or browse to select one. Accepted formats are CSV, XLSX, and XLS. Every file is content-checked when it arrives.

The maximum file size depends on your tier: Starter 1 MB, Standard 10 MB, Pro 100 MB. If a file exceeds your tier's row cap it is truncated — to 1,000 rows on Starter, 10,000 rows on Standard, or unlimited on Pro — and you will see a warning telling you it happened.

Step 2 · Review

Check your data

Preview your data and its quality metrics before anything runs. This is your chance to confirm the file loaded the way you expected.

Step 3 · Analyze

Set up the run

Choose an analysis type — Comparative, Distribution, Trend, Relationship, or Hierarchical.

Pick the number of rounds to run. Your tier sets the ceiling: Starter 1 round, Standard up to 2, Pro up to 4. More rounds means the AI builds further on its own earlier findings.

Optionally, add business context to steer the analysis, or pick an output template. When you are ready, select Run Analysis.

Step 4 · Report

Read your results

Your results arrive as interactive charts plus written insights across your rounds. The number of charts scales with your tier: 2 on Starter, 4 on Standard, 8 on Pro.

4. Getting your results out

You can download an HTML report of your analysis. The report bundles your insights, charts, and a data summary into a single file you can keep or share.

You can also save an analysis to reuse later. Saving is what powers the other two modes: a saved analysis becomes a Blueprint you can replay on a new file, and saved analyses are the raw material for Meta-analysis.

Tip: Save the analyses you expect to repeat — monthly and quarterly reporting becomes a one-click replay once a Blueprint exists.

5. Need help?

Stuck on something? The FAQ & support page collects common questions. You can also use the Contact Support button in the Profile dropdown at any time — it opens a dialog with our support address, [email protected].
